Long download, in app purchase not working

I wouldve given this app 5 stars if the purchased download of $11.99 actually downloaded and worked. Im not a happy customer right now and am waiting for support to get back to me. The app has to stay open while you download the words, so dont have your toddler around when you do it. Also, make sure you are plugged into a power source during download because it eats up the battery life quickly. This process has created a lot of frustration for me and my toddler.

Onto the good points: after playing with the free words for 25 min my daughter wants more. This app will help her with her lowercase alphabet recognition as well as letter sounds. At 3 yrs old she was already starting to mimic the letter sounds and loved the animations.

Praying Ill be able to download what I bought because I think she would benefit from this app for years to come.
